First Baptist Church of Dover in Delaware is looking for a full-time Senior Pastor
who has been ordained and has five to ten year’s experience. We are looking for someone who relates well to all ages and nationalities as we range in age from infants to seniors(100years old) and come from over 12 nations. We’re located in central Delaware in the capital city near our beautiful Silver Lake.
We are a very active American Baptist congregation of about 175 and growing. Therefore, we need someone who is vibrant and dedicated to the work of the Lord. We expect our pastor to prepare a scripture-based sermon in every day language, to visit our congregants as well as new visitors, to help us develop a thriving youth program, and to be involved in all areas of the life of the church.
